Our New Performance Solution

Introducing Field Yarn, our performance fiber solution for indoors and out. Made from 100% solution-dyed synthetic fiber, Field looks and feels like cotton and can be tufted and finished similarly to our wool product. Virtually impossible to stain, Field is suitable for rugs in any room where cleanability is critical.

Developed for our yacht division, this versatile fiber has moved from outdoor to indoor uses, as more and more residential projects demand the durability and easy cleaning of performance fibers in sophisticated, luxury interiors. Designs composed of 100% Field Yarn have already incorporated into many existing Tai Ping collections, and we are developing more adaptations and new designs.

Since our field yarn is impenetrable by dyes, the designs are executed from a range of standard, stocked colors. Our designers and artisans use yarn blending and tufting techniques to create exquisite custom rugs with this remarkable new fiber.
