DELIVERY

Rugs will be shipped via UPS within the contiguous 48 states of the United States at a flat rate of $175 per rug to your destination. Please contact us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other destinations. 

RETURNS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. You may return the rug within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange for UPS to collect the rug from you. Please keep the original packaging for reuse. In the event that the original packaging is not available, we will send packing materials to you at no additional cost. You will be responsible for wrapping the rug properly. Once the rug is returned to us with no damage, we will credit the original purchase price less the $175 flat freight charge.
